The clients who have most benefited from my work would describe themselves as kind and giving people who would do anything for those they love. They may describe themselves as having perfectionistic tendencies and strive to be high achievers. Additionally, they may carry feelings of inadequacy because they feel like they’re either not enough, feel like an imposter, are not getting their needs met, don't feel heard or seen, are tired of feeling and playing small, or feel they’re disappointing others.
