Your session time is an important time for you. Get comfy in a private space. Have water and tissues at hand and maybe a notebook to jot down anything you'd like remember.
How often should we meet?
The frequency of sessions is flexible and is based on your needs. Some clients often like to start with more frequent sessions and then space them out when it feels right for them. We can approach the frequency of your sessions in whatever way feels right for you - weekly, bi-weekly, monthly or as needed.
Whether for a shorter or longer-term therapy, therapy will continue as long as you feel it is beneficial to you. |

What can therapy help me with?
Therapy helps us come to a new understanding of ourselves. It's an opportunity to go into our emotions, thoughts, and psyche, into the places we don’t always go in our day-to-day lives.
A common misconception is that therapy is only for people who are struggling, but truthfully, it can benefit everyone. Therapy is also a time where you can unload the stresses of life, joined by a supportive, kind, and empathetic therapist who can help you process whatever you need to. In doing this, the hope is that we become more aware, enlightened, and deeply connected to ourselves. |
In case of emergency
Please note that psychotherapists do not provide crisis services.
