Aware Within private psychotherapy practice and programs are created for women looking to explore their inner world, improve their mental, emotional & spiritual health, and to improve their relationship with themselves and others.
I practice psychotherapy through one-on-one individual sessions with adult women in their twenties all along the life continuum into their wise-woman elder years. On an individual basis, my clients can receive the undivided attention and focus they deserve.
Women's Healing & Empowerment
The focus of my practice is women and women’s issues. It is my desire to help empower women who have forgotten their worth, who have put others first while neglecting their own needs, while trying to maneuver their way through the challenging circumstances of life.
This can leave women feeling wounded, depleted, hopeless, broken. Whether it be victims of emotional abuse, bullying, and low self-esteem; or working women and “super moms” who can’t seem to schedule time for themselves, I thoroughly enjoy helping each client awaken to their needs and authentic Self.

Through the therapeutic healing journey of therapy you are invited to broaden your awareness, deepen your own understanding, to help you strengthen your inner Self.
Times of crises and transition - which may include chaos, uncertainty and unpredictability - can be moments of great stress, disorientation and loneliness. Yet, at the same time these phases can present us with an opportunity, an invitation, to discover new insights and explore new wild possibilities.
